Cosmetics are regulated differently
In the United States, neither cosmetics nor dietary supplements are subject to the pre-market approval process that applies to pharmaceutical drugs. With the narrow exception of colour additives, the FDA does not approve cosmetics for safety or effectiveness before they are sold, and it does not approve dietary supplements either. Any badge or claim suggesting a cosmetic or a supplement is "FDA approved" is inaccurate — what a manufacturer can legitimately state is that a product is made in an FDA-registered facility, which is a statement about the premises, not about the product.
A cosmetic spray is not a treatment
KlaroNail is a cosmetic-style topical spray. It carries no Drug Facts panel and names no active in drug terms, so it is not marketed as a medicine and nothing on this site presents it as one. Note that the bottle prints no FDA disclaimer either — that wording is in the footer of the vendor's website, not on the packaging. If you have a nail or skin problem that is spreading, painful, bleeding, or that follows an injury — or if you are diabetic, immunosuppressed or have circulation problems in your feet — that is a matter for a clinician or a podiatrist, not for a cosmetic spray bought from a sales page.
