• We read the primary literature rather than the sales page, and we link to public, checkable sources.
• Where the evidence for an ingredient is thin, or a dose sits below what the research actually used, we say so on the page rather than in a footnote.
• Where the manufacturer's own page contradicts its own label, we follow the label and tell you about the disagreement.
• We label manufacturer testimonials as unverified, because we cannot verify them.

What we will not publish
